Acceptance of terms

By using the NimNit Consulting website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Services

NimNit Consulting provides CRM strategy and governance advisory, data science and AI consulting, Zoho One implementation and managed services, and Salesforce consulting. The specific terms of each engagement are set out in your signed service agreement or statement of work.

Fees and payment

Fees are billed as set out in your agreement: fixed-fee projects, monthly retainers, per-user managed service subscriptions or hourly rates. One-time setup fees are due when the contract is signed. Platform license fees (such as Zoho One or Salesforce) are billed directly by the vendor unless your agreement says otherwise.

Intellectual property

NimNit keeps ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, frameworks and reusable assets. Your data, content and business information remain your property at all times. Deliverables created specifically for you are licensed or assigned as your agreement states.

Limitation of liability

NimNit's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
